Yeah, I didn't see much of the show.
It all seemed so..., silly.

So, I'm doing laundry. How Sunday of me.
First load done, and I make cornbread and put it in to bake.
The cornbread was done and the dryer was quiet. So was the washer with load #2.
I had forgotten to push the run button on the dryer.I have no patience with myself when I do shit like that.
Did mine yesterday so I could fuck off today. Trying to find a decent concealable .45 cal pistol that's on the California acceptance roster.![]()
I planted the vegetables yesterday so I could stick with inside stuff in today's rain.
Why, are you planning to resist La Reconquista???
Try this:

I'm looking at one of these two:

Or this one in .40 cal:

I think I'd tend to stick with military calibers. Rainy Decade stuff and all that.
That said, I have a Beretta model 96.
I'm thinking very hard about pulling the trigger on a full-size Glock in .45ACP.
Thirteen plus one has a lot going for it.
I'd do the same but I want something a little smaller than a full-size pistol. I like the Kimber in .45. I like this Sig in .45 ACP it has a 3.9" barrel and is legal in CA.

PS: in CA we're only allowed 10 rounds.
I think the Kimber is over-priced.
Then again, I just haven't bought one yet. Maybe one day.
A buddy of mine is a 10mm guy. I can see the merits of it, but ammo is kind of a bitch.
That said, a 10mm Glock can be three guns - the 10, a .40, and a .357SIG - and that is a nice batch of options to have.
Re. the Kimber. Out of the box it shoots like a Colt Gold Cup that has been taken to a custom shop and fine tuned. So in that regard the price starts to look a lot better.
I never really cared for Glock, or the Smith M&P series either and that comes down to an old school prejudice.............I want an exposed hammer.
Ishmael
Right, but I like the idea of when the bigger mag is available . . . for other states . . . an' shit.
And the .45 goes with the Bigger Is Mo' Bettah motif, too.
Speaking of, check this out:

That Shoebox was certainly fully packed, wasn't it?
I like the Springfield EMP as well but it's only available in CA in 9 MM. So tired of Commie pussies writing our gun laws.
