Thank goodness for the free market. It knew there was a market and went after it.

Got the nasal spray. Not Flonase, the other one. Doing allergy pills. Sometimes it helps, other times not so much.

Got allergy shots years ago. They worked for a good 10 years. Might go back to that route, even though it takes months to take effect.

I just invented vegan-free stir fry.

Partially defrost and julienne one small, flattened, frozen chicken breast. Notice you have no vegetables so substitute three more chicken breasts for a total of two chicks worth of breasts. Add a dash or twelve of sugar, lots of Sirachi sauce and deglaze the pan with many glugs of a good, light soy sauce.

For the vegan version,...






...substitute julienned vegan, of course.
