You can't put nuffin past our little Canadiddian gurl . . . and why would you want to???

I guess I'm ready to scoot, so I have to pack this-here eee-lecl-tronick contraption and the rest of my shit and load the car.

It's nice to be flexible - in more ways than one.

Bitch better fix that tabletop after she gets her fatass off'n it!!!

Good news is that the miscreant's insurance company just cut me a generous check for 20 days wages in addition to a modest sum for bodily injury which I told them I don't have.

Bad news is clueless miscreant who committed a possible felony when he struck my brave little Prius with a 2.5 ton SUV, has filed a claim now involving my insurance company trying to get his car repaired after his insurance company informed him that he was at fault and that they would not be repairing his vehicle.

I am now having to answer insurance questions that I would rather not answer to my insurance company. Such as why was I and my vehicle at risk in a strange parking lot at three in the morning.

Since the cops separated the two of us and got him and his vehicle away from me before I could view his vehicle I didn't get a chance to see what sort of damage my Brave Little Prius inflicted. I'm pleased that his car was damaged badly enough to for him to seek repairs.

There is a special place in hell for SUV owners.
They are torn between the two hells where they want to appear urban but feel the need to feel rural.
Real 'Mercuns drive 4X4 F-150s and look down on the urban apes and their second cousins in the suburbs.

 ;) ;)

Happy Tuesday!!!

The PM bought a new (to the company) Shivverlay c1500 4x4. It's a decent looking bronze color. Stylin' wise, it looks Ford.

Then I got the surprise job review. Oh boy. I got 4 As, 5 Bs, and a Does Not Apply. I've already banked the bonus. The Bs came with ways to improve those areas to make them into As. I know, what a fucking concept.

Funny thing is, Wat still aces the Plays Well With Others category . . . .

Been off for weeks and they give you a bonus cheque for returning, they must like you.

Here you get popularity points for refilling the pots when you take the last cup.

I've been snacking on my cherries for the past few days. The crop is sparse this year, but the Robins that usually nest next door never showed up so I don't have to fight them for the crop.

I see that Tom Wolfe has kicked it. He and I share an alma mater, but it happened to be his thing, and I was a square peg in as dull a round hole as is imaginable.

I read A Man In Full several years ago and found it to be tedious, in a word. Boy sure seems to like and know his high-society folk, whether nouveau riche or more "established." That would have been his preppie school crowd, and it won't broke so he ain't fixed it none.

We were assigned (forced) to read The Electric Koolaid Acid Test, and I hated that, too. Somewhere in there, the gangbang at Ken Kesey's place attended by the Hell's Angels somehow is virtually word-for-word similar to the same scene described in HRT's book about the Angels. I recall no credit given. I wonder . . . .

Kinda like Charlton Heston was 6'-3" . . . er, 5'-10.5" . . . .

I am simply not buying the "plays well with others."
:D

Not even at a discount.

My insurance company is having It's doubts as well...

Fortunately they decided that the other guy plays even less well with others and denied his claim.

I got a Wolfe novel at the dollar store and read it a few months back.
I wish I could say it was great, but it was just okay in many ways.
The coffee is not sitting well with me this morning.
I hope that's not a bad sign.
