Trying to Submit a Story and Getting a Server Error

I've been trying to submit an illustrated story via uploading a docx file. I'm getting a "serve error".

Is the site have trouble today? Or perhaps I'm doing something wrong.

I'm new to the site and any help would be greatly appreciated.

yesterday i refreshed the page and got the same 'service unavailable' message and couldn't get back in; this morning, i clicked on my lit icon and i'm still in, not logged out. i'm assuming things may be getting sorted so bear with them
