Trying to find a specific Loving wife story

The wife is cheating with some organized crime figure. The husband gets kidnapped and beat up when he tries to divorce her. They try to give him hormone pills to make him more compliant. The wife tries to buy the husband a new truck and he traded it in or abandons it. It’s a longer story.

It does sound vaguely familiar, though I can't point at a specific story. Giving a husband hormones to make them more complacent, however, is a reoccurring theme in the stories by Saddletramp1956. Maybe its one of his.

I remember this story. I think the (white) wife meets the (black) crime figure in Vegas? He convinces her that he's doing defence work, and her whoring will help national defense somehow. Gives her a necklace, symbol of his ownership of her. Our narrator is very religious. At some point our hero says he's leaving her, and the crime figure has narrator's sister kidnapped and threatened, to force him to stay.
Multipart story, it's resolved after the FBI get involved toward the end. Lover goes to jail; wife too.

Yeah that’s the one. I haven’t been able to find it using tags or lines that I thought I remembered.

That titles sounds right. I remember the word "vengeance" in the title.
