(I think).

LOL ok so I know where to go and stuff but now I cant get the pic I want to the 150 x150 size .. without cutting most of the pic out .. what am I doing wrong ???

use a graphics program and instead of cropping it , resize it to that size.. if you like hon you can send it to me and I can resize it for you and then send it back so you can use it
