Because to you, any "news" source that is NOT slanted, biased, twisted, or outright invents facts in order to promote an authoritarian and corrupt regime is "Propaganda."
And, the only valid "news," is media that serves to advance and promote an authoritarian and corrupt regime- even if it twists or invents facts to do so. By definition, this IS propaganda.
