A second and a third recount proved the same thing.

Somehow, though, this was not enough for Trump, who declared the vote "Rigged" anyway, despite lack of evidence. Basically, he was a sore loser who refused to accept defeat.

And THIS was the problem. This was where he violated the Constitution.

I never had an opinion on whether he was "in the files". His behavior about the files support the notion that he is.
