Im back, for how long Im not sure. My best friend's grandmother is in the hospital and he is planning to drive from texas to florida, leaving tonight. Waiting to hear word on what his plans are and whether on not I will be watching a total of 4 dogs tonight (damn, my house is going to seem small!)

*have been on several road trips with best friend...lol and always had car problems!

*drove cross country with him when he moved to Texas

*hardest thing I ever had to do was say good bye to him when he moved

*he tried to talk me into cancelling my business trip and going with him. wants me to go instead of his partner (how dsyfunctional is that!...but understandable, I would kill his partner if trapped in a car for 18 hours with him)

*secretly wishes I could back out of trip and relive some of the 'ole days with him

*i love him, love him, love him....could not imagine my life without him

*hopes his grandmother is okay, knows it would be a tremendous loss to J. if he lost her

* Has severe case of cabin fever.
* Feels a little guilty that I didn't finish a story for someone before they went on vacation. But...
* Liked the way it worked out that he only got to read the first half....and will feel a little anticipation for the rest.

Thanks for the kind thought Sorta. He's on the road now..... I hope they get there safe and that he gets to spend some time with his grandmother.......oh and they had someone else watch their 3 dogs tonight, thank god...dont have much energy to deal with the chaos!

My daughter got her "dad's" olive complexion...I got the Irish skin thing goin' on...creamy white with plenty freckles....lol I burned my left calf Monday a week past... it's itched all week and finally began scaling off last night... I can't seem to win for loosing...
