cool concept

I've had my chances to confess a battleshipfull - here goes a few current ones:
*Though I have been clean and sober for over 7 years, I still get a vicarious thrill out of watching my friends drink, though I don't want one.
*I declined to bed my drunken 25YO woman friend who made the pass at me because I wanted her to remember it.
*I love my work and am bored with my job - and I work for myself.
*In some ways, my 15YO son is my emotional superior. I suspect that he is smarter than I am, too.
*Nothing sexual - I get a rush out of the raw power of shooting a rifle (and, no, I'm not in denial - I know the difference)
*I love me for my paradoxes.
*I truly enjoy my solitude - I am never alone.
*My mother is one of my best friends.
*I procrastinate - and in doing so, I get on my own nerves.
*Even though most people like me a lot, I know that an assassin lives inside me.
*Some days, I can actually quiet all the chatter in my head.
*Some days, I refuse to quiet the chatter in my head.
*The political label which fits me best is "anarchist".
This is cool - to quote the Terminator, "I'll be back" (insert bad Austrian imitation accent)

Friday afternoon confession
*is very very mellow right now, is a very very sleepy nastgirl at the moment
*new friend caught me at 7am while writing my confession, didnt actually get to bed til after 8am, and was up at 10am to run around for the rest of the day til now
*got surprisingly supportive email from ex, he doesnt hate me, he doesnt feel like I was leading him on, was being supportive of someone he loves, with no motive other than to be there for me *hugs him for being so good to me when I need it most*
*hates for people to see me cry. feels extremely vulnerable.
*has so much to do before trip on sunday
*is looking forward to teaching tomorrow, has missed the kids at the "home"
*listening to the cranberries, house is filled with song "Dreaming my Dreams" at the moment
*has received numerous calls from mother and hasnt returned one. *secretly is happy that she is worried...she crossed the line this time with me.
*saw a most horrific thing this morning that made me cry out....opened my door to leave only to see 2 loose pit bulls mauling a cat to death across street from my house, called animal control, then after they ran away, ran to cat, it was too late.
*was terrified that dogs would come back while I tried to do something for the cat
*animal control didnt show up for 2 hours, gave them a piece of my mind for taking so damn fucking long, assholes!
*now has to get caught up on what I missed today. yes, Lit is way too addicting!

NG, I just wanna say...I've got so much respect for you. You seem to be able to set up boundaries with people really well. This is something I've struggled with both personally and professionally. Sounds like the ex is a great friend.

Evening confession
* The only reason I'm still here is that I'm waiting on a call to let me know she's on her way.
* Not sure if this is love or something altogether different, But we enjoy each others company and we have very similar interests
* Does Karma really work and if so am I no generating bad Karma or rewarded for having good Karma?
* Has the lyrics for Back 2 Good right here and I'm trying to memorize them quickly.
* Needs to go by some silk scarves.
* Has a plan for a change.
