you know...there was a time I carried everywhere that I went...hell, that was the time...but had had to go to the airport that particular morning to drop off a friend and couldn't get past the metal detector even with my permit, so I wasn't.

for the base of your neck you just need a good old fashioned massage!!! for the front of your forehead you can try your third eye(right above your eyes in the very middle). Don't press to hard or you'll give yourself a migraine! just lightly(a lil pressure) rub circles in that spot. It should ease the pain. At least it does for me!
