Aw, thanks.

Someone once asked me why I sky dive. Why did I tempt fate by jumping out of a perfectly good airplane?

"Why do you breath?" I asked simply.

"Because I have to breath to live." They answered.

"Well, there ya go." I replied, and walked back to the plane.

*returns with Amber's daquiri* here you go darlin'
I know you didn't mean it badly, and as far as lucky goes I'll keep you posted. Don't think she a clue.

Naded......

ROCKON!!!!! Nice to see someone's still jumping out of perfectly good airplanes. Damn I can't wait to go up again.

*thinks Matt is moving around so much she feels like a hamster running in a wheel, takes the daquiri and sits fully in his lap to ensure he won't move so fast and sips it listening to airplane jumping talk, thinking no way in hell would she even attempt it*

Matt is she doesn't have a clue how come you don't tell her?

*LAFF* GREAT POINT!!!
I'ts exactly how I feel about all the really stupid things I do in life.

Had a long conversation with someone about My decision to take the jump school courses with Army Airborne when I was a Marine. My response was something to the effect of "Hell, Sir, if I had known the Army would have paid me to jump out of an airplane 7 days a week, I wouldn't be a jarhead. Well, at least not if I'd survived the fight I'd have had to win with my father to pick any armed service but the Marines, Sir."

*seriously considering taking a LOA from Lit

*am in a funk and seriously can not get out of it from some stupid reason

*am emotionally, mentally and physically exhausted

*felt ill when my 6 year old came to me crying tonight saying that she was sad cuz daddy hurts her feelings and is mean to her too much

*so I told her abou the divorce. not sure she understands

*would just like to go have a long hard cry!!

*still feelin lonely

*need to get outta this funk!!

I can't imagine needing to jump out of a plane...but then again, I've never done it. And I firmly believe in the old adage....don't knock it til you've tried it.

*trying this again*

I'll sit still now, I promise.
*goes back to running fingers through your hair...gently massaging your scalp and often teasing it with my fingernails*

As for why not telling....you know that scared feeling you get in the pit of your stomach when you're about to do something you really want to, but are afraid of the consequences that arise from getting the monkey off your back?
Sometimes I feel better that she's in the dark about it cause that means she still talks to me and isn't running off scared.

Naded I once was on a roof and was scared of heights that I froze..we are talking serious fear!

Jewel...Don't fret sugar ...we all have funks and remember it is always darkest before the dawn...good things are on the horizon for you..I promise...

Fiesty...he has stopped licking the screen...get him again!

Liza ...Good evening sis, nice too see you again *scootches for room for her on Matt's other knee*

Matt...you should have nothing to fear...and that feeling of nervousness is natural...it really comes down to if you feel ready to tell her

*leans into the rubbing and stroking, sipping her daquiri, her head falling to his chest*

HALO?
No thanks brother.
I'd rather strap 2 steel tanks to my back, put a hose in my mouth and dive 200 feet below the surface of the water....much safer.

Nothing like getting into a dry suit and going after scallops. I scuba dive too.

Got news for you Amber, I am terrified of heights.

yeah, safer, but that just another word for boring....
just kidding, I love to dive...but it's....well, I'll say tame, compared to skydiving.

I would Amber but I think I'm out of AV's....

Now cave diving is some cool shit. But give me a good old sunken frieghter at about 200 ft and I am a happen man. Go in thru a hole in the side and head for the engine room. Then to the galley to check for a cold beer.

ZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzt.

* flops on floor

More divers, damn good divers too, die cave diving then any other form of scuba. They get lost and run out of air.
