tried something last night.

I went out to the casino and made my way to the band. Decided to try something new, rather than sip a beer at the back of the crowd and talk to my friends, I only drank pepsi (no alcohol) and decided to be bold and have a "dont give a shit" attitude.

i talked with almost everone. never any really rude comments like "damn your fine" but just enough of a comment to let them know i was interested.
some things i used: your a great dancer, love the shirt, if ya need someone to buy u a drink when u finish that one come find me!, etc...

man being so direct and short with girls was EASY ... lot of em acted offended and went off, BUT most came back to talk some more. wow, who would have thunk it.

got several numbers and went home with 2 women!

What initiated the change in behavior? Being terribly shy by nature, I've never been comfortable with that approach.
