Triads, any tips?

Hi I have recently been engaging in the beginning of what looks like will be a triad (mff) and was wondering if anyone is/was involved in one and had any tips/reconmondations for someone just starting out.

A little background, I have been with my lady for 8 years now and with in the last year and a half she met a friend and it blossomed to be better then friends then we all were friends and now we are all in the stages of becoming lovers (we have had sex multiple times but things are developing emotionally between the three of us) the thing is our one-on-on relationships don't seem to be faltering while the group relationship is growing so that is the direction we beleive we are headed right now so again if anyone has any experience feel free to share.

I have to agree. I'm involved in a three-way relationship, and the emotional heartache is overwhelming. If I could stop loving one of them, I would...but I love them both too deeply to be able to give either one up.
