Trayvon Martin was an upstanding citizen and an asset to his community.
His death was a DEVASTATING loss.

That doesn't matter. He didn't deserve to be killed.

Skittles make Susan's pussy moist.
He shouldn't have picked a fight with the wrong cheese dick.
Do you understand why that's a) wrong and b) an atrocious thing to say?

Not even in the slightest.....
It's not wrong....proof is in the pudding, Trayvon dead.
You don't start a fight unless you're ready to finish it quick fast and in a hurry or you might wind up dead yourself. Anyone who doesn't take that into consideration before taking a swing on someone is a fucking moron.
Reality is atrocious sometimes.
There's zero evidence that Trayvon started the physical altercation. It's George Zimmerman's word against no one's, because Trayvon is dead. If you accept that as true, you're making an assumption and playing into the "thug" narrative, or maybe just your own. Saying a 17-year-old who just as easily could have been protecting himself deserved to be shot to death is pretty low, but without all the facts? I just don't see why you'd do that. That's not reality.

The evidence is the broken nose and other injuries suffered by Z. and the testimony of eye-witnesses. In addition, there is the circumstantial evidence. If you are a short, fat out-of-condition man on a neighborhood watch and are armed with a gun, you do not start a fist fight with a younger man who is taller and vastly more athletic than yourself.
This may or not have been mentioned at the trial, but it is so obvious there would have been no need to do so.
EXACTLY...which is all they have got, no forensics contradict his story....case closed. And that's why he was acquitted.
If you automatically assume it's a lie you're just playing into they lynch mob narrative. Or maybe just your own...
See how that works?
He could have just as easily had a chip on his shoulder and attacked Zimmerman just like Zim says he did. To try and persecute zim for that based solely on opinion is pretty low.
You mean all the facts that couldn't get Zim convicted?? The only fact here is that there are in fact very few facts to be had in this case, not enough to convict a guy 1/2 the country wants burnt at the stake.....it's just emotional appeal that's all the pro trayvon crowd has.
I don't see why somone would run down a Miami Highway and chew peoples faces off either.....and if that's reality, a 17 y/o boy with a chip on his shoulder picking the wrong fight is anything but unbelievable or unrealistic. You're just caught up in a bunch of "Woes is the poor angel boy!!" bullshit.

are you back on that shit again?
The evidence of FORENSICS and EYE WITNESSES all testified at the trial
No matter how often you repeat it...

Actually, she's right. No one knows how the final scene really started. All we know is someone way things near the end.
By the way, you sort of remind me of someone I know who has poor reading comprehension skills.
(and a great big FUCK YOU to anyone who demonizes Trayvon by comparing his "gangsta" persona to a man's behavior -- kids that age are obnoxious and rebellious and they are still, at the end of the day, someone's child).
I think we can also be reasonably certain that Zimmerman did not sustain any of his injuries after he shot Martin.
BTW, how beat up was Martin's face? Were those photographs entered into evidence?
Botany's right.
The lesson here is if you are going to get into a fight be prepared for it to be a LIFE struggle.
