New York, New York media follows the story/ so many sources!

http://gothamist.com/2013/07/20/beyonce_jay_z_join_trayvon_martins.php

Gathering at 1 Police Plaza near City Hall- Speaking out against injustice
Protesters marched south on Broadway from Union Square
The march eventually turned onto E. 9th Street toward 4th Avenue

(I am sad to say that Boston media does not have the strength it once had. They used the AP's feed. But it covers much.)

Across US, people rally for 'Justice for Trayvon'

BOSTON -- Gov. Deval Patrick on Friday kept his promise to veto a massive transportation financing bill, saying it wasn't good enough
after lawmakers rejected his demand to include a plan for offsetting a potential loss of turnpike tolls.

Boston's Gov. Deval Patrick, could have been Trayvon

Guess he should have never jumped him and starting punching a man with gun.

Trayvon's parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin-

"Trayvon's life was cut short, but we hope that his legacy will make our communities a better place for generations to come.
We applaud the President's call to action to bring communities together to encourage an open and difficult dialogue.

"Our family is committed to this dialogue through the work of the Trayvon Martin Foundation."

cut short, you mean by not spending years in prison?

Would you teach your son, if you had one, to stand up to some creepy, pudgy douchebag that was following them around?

Would you be proud knowing that your son was trained to respond to anyone pretending to a position of authority (neighborhood watch/wannabe cop) by submission?

I wouldn't.

He thought he was a gay rapist, that's all he needed to know before jumping him and beating the shit out of him and committing a hate crime.

That is crap and you know it. Are you saying if a gay rapist was stalking you, you wouldn't do a damn thing? Maybe just say, "Hi, neighbor!"

so you support travvon being a racist, and a homophobe. got it

When two fools meet tragedy often results.

Right does not make Legal and Legal does not make right.

The Ultimate judge will, in the fullness of time render the final judgment.

Well, then instead of punching George, Trayvon should have said, "Hi, my name is Trayvon, I live here, want to smoke some weed."

Yeah, never should have been walking in that neighborhood looking all suspicious like. You know, if these "Negros" just kept to theys own places...

The Justice for Trayvon Martin Foundation is raising money under the auspices of the Miami Foundation-

It has been thoroughly established that bringing skittles to a gun fight is not the best idea ever.

Trayvon knew who his killer was. It was the guy with a gun that he was going to teach a lesson, by giving him a beating, for following him with no good reason.

Well, then instead of punching George, Trayvon should have said, "Hi, my name is Trayvon, I live here, want to smoke some weed."

Or George could've kept his ass in the car, rolled down the window and asked Trayvon, "Excuse me, are you lost? I'm a neighborhood watchperson for this area. Do you need any assistance finding your home?"

JUST LIKE HE PROBABLY WOULD'VE DONE FOR SOME FUCKING WHITE GRANDMA WEARING A HOODIE FOR THE SAME REASON TRAVYON WAS WEARING ONE

YA THINK?

Hope you're teaching your presshus biracial spawn not to disrespect Hispanic-caucasian closet sociopaths in positions of arbitrary authority with guns while wearing facially-obscuring upper-body clothing. Might be really really bad.

Well, we are talking about veteman, so he would most likely invite him in to "check out his gold collection", if you know what I mean.

I wouldn't think that anyone, male or female, who thought a rapist of any kind was stalking them, would just turn around and say, "I sure do appreciate your following me. What can I do for you on this fine night, sir?"

A kid goes to the store, buys Skittles and a tea, walks back to his dad's home, and then is accosted by a vigilante. And he's supposed to say, "Why, sir, I'm just going to my dad's and minding my own business. How nice of you to follow me."

You think Zimmerman cared? No. Zimmerman wanted a perp, and Trayvon fit his description of a perp. Zimmerman should have stayed in his fricking car, like the cops told him to. Now, a 17-year-old is dead because he was doing what normal 17-year-olds do. And to some people, Zimmerman is a hero. He is a fucking moron who took the law into his own hands.
