Etoile, I suspect you're right in terms of the "fetish" aspect. While it isn't a personal fetish - I certainly have never needed it to enjoy sex, nor do I engage in cross-dressing very often - I do find it to be a strong sexual turn-on. I also don't fetishize a particular piece of clothing - like boxer shorts.

However, Im not sure I'd agree about women not doing it for sexual enjoyment. I am femme-identified so wouldn't say it's part of my gender expression, despite what I wrote earlier about having a Dominant "dandy" persona. I have always been fascinated by the whole concept of gender, and what I like about it is the sense of physical power, which is also a sexual turn-on.
