Trump can't force a delay of his arrest on federal charges just because he doesn't have a Florida lawyer – but his arraignment may be pushed back.

"Yeah, they could bifurcate the whole hearing where you go to the surrender and the initial appearance tomorrow," Florida state attorney Dave Aronberg agreed. "He'll get his fingerprints done. He'll get his bond or be released without bond with some conditions and then have to come back for his arraignment. You need a lawyer with you to plead not guilty. And he's certainly going to plead not guilty."

While there is definitely a two tiered justice system that favors rich, connected scumbags like the rapey corrupt orange traitor,, the POS still has to go through the process which COULD result in conviction.

And OJ ultimately “walked”, but how has life worked out for that murderous POS since then???

I’m going to enjoy the process and the aftermath regardless of of the verdict. (Of course I would certainly prefer a guilty verdict.)

He wasn't in the physical shape to have been able to do it. IT really is that simple. Do I believe he paid someone one or a group of someones to do it? Absolutely.

At the risk of derailing this thread from its intended purpose: OJ , a former professional football player, murdered a tiny woman and a young man WITH A COMBAT KNIFE in a shadowy area. And the evidence against that POS WAS every bit as damning as the evidence against the rapey corrupt orange traitor IS.

The ONLY way either of them gets aquitted is by jury nullification.

That ^ happened for OJ, and it MIGHT happen for the rapey corrupt orange traitor. The fact that a compromised judge that was appointed by the orange POS is presiding over the case doesn’t help in securing a conviction, but I still have a little faith in juries.
