Tops, do pimples on the bum turn you off?

I really want to bottom, but I get pimples on my butt, not all over, but there's usually one somewhere. I shower every day, use special washes etc. Still can't get rid of them completely.

Curious if this turns people off, turns people on, or is just something that isn't an issue.

Also, if anyone has had similar issues and found solutions, please share
