St Paul's Cathedral, London – not so very high, but I was very small at the time, so it felt like on top of the world.

The Eiffel Tower, Paris – probably a top place in that beautiful city.

Some hotel in Los Angeles – almost certainly not the highest point in the city now, but at the time, going up the lift on the outside of the building, it felt hard to top!
