For all of you that said my campaign would NOT yield the desired outcome of being ignored, take heed.
It does not work with all trolls but it does work with inconsistent trolls. Jekyll and Hyde trolls.

He announced each time he received an update about what was said in the thread he wasn't reading then he would post his rebuttal in my numbers thread.
He has quite the impressive little fan club. Early on one of them remarked that she was filling in until _____________ gets here referring to what I gather is his girlfriend and staunchest defender. Kinda like the Bundy Ranch deal-Women to the front, "yanno" as he likes to say.

Well as far as that distinction:
Believed that he said he refused to engage with me in his vanity thread? Check.
Believed that he did not engage me in the thread until he just couldn't stand it and it had well over 2800 views and had run several pages? Check.
Believe that he said he was only monitoring it through his friends? No, obviously he read every single word himself. But it is more polite to allow him the fig-leaf of getting the deets through breathless emails.
He and his fans put in a very good effort at maintaining that odd position. They clearly showed up and expressed their outrage at my picking on him.

Because I grab my phone which is logged in to query and I was looking to put in a clever response unfortunately when I went to the General Board I couldn't find the thread. Then I remembered that he was ignored so I had to go to the ignore List which is a real bitch to find on the phone. Then when I got to the list I had to wade through all 30 or 40 names there and try to find his. I always think of him is Roger Elliot or Or Roger the pirate I couldn't remember his actual name so I had to go back to my laptop and look it up.
