I will note that Tom Brady had aged very, very well. When he was a college senior, pics of him make him appear to be almost doughy and dorky. Fast forward to 2015, and now he is drop-dead handsome with a younger man's sexual spark. If Giselle ever needs an understudy to take over for an evening, I'm always available.

I think Berman found enough in how the NFL handed out the punishment to say it was not in conformity with its own established protocols to vacate the suspension, hence keeping it above an appeal. At the same time, it is adequately implied that the powers granted Goodell were given with the expectation that they would be wielded fairly. It goes without saying the union did not grant him the power to be a dictator.

Maybe not to be a dictator but the NFLPA actually granted Goodell greater powers in the last round of negotiations than the previous commissioners had possessed.

Honestly I don't care whether Brady is suspended or not (but I do think you would have to be a Patriots homer or incredibly naive to believe Brady didn't know what was up)...my biggest beef is the NFLPA trying to get through the courts what they were unwilling to spend capital on during the CBA negotiations.

It happens everywhere, in business, in war, in love, in baseball, it happens between motorcycle clubs... we're all looking for some info to gain an advantage.

I think this is the stupidest thing I've ever seen. It's only done because -- as Vince McMahon proved -- each sport needs a villain. The NFL chose The Patriots because they are so good, the coach is an asshole, and their best player is a goldenboy. It's all contrived. Does anyone think that the Patriots gained any advantage at all by having the balls deflated for Tommy's small hands?? No.

And newsflash to Lit Ladies who are drooling over Tommy -- his balls are deflated and his hands are tiny for a 6'4 man. And you know what the size of hands mean? It's a scientific fact.
