Why indeed? Well I suppose the answer varies a lot from one individual to another. Some people may indeed be turned on by the brown stuff itself for reasons which are good and valid to them. Personally I'm not. In my case I like toilet desperation though and I find a lady who needs to go badly, particularly if she's farting (a rare treat) a real turnon. That's partly because of the taboo aspect (it being an area of life that's normally kept fairly private) and partly because I know the need to poo - like the need to pee - can produce significant sexual sensations because of the positioning of muscles and nerve endings etc. I would defy anyone to say that having a good, much needed (perhaps overdue) poo doesn't feel simply amazing. I can understand this but for me it is just goes too far.
A "clean" way to incorporate toilet play is to have you bathroom visits controlled. This way you can still dabble in this taboo area but without it hitting any hard limits.
