I just love the topic review feature that pops up after we finish writing our posts. The only problem is that it doesn't always work. What gives?

It should always work. If it's a long thread, you'll have to click a link at the bottom that says "This is a long thread. Click here to review it." It will then pop up the thread review in a new window.
