Teacher admits to sex with student inside teacher’s lounge multiple times

WAYNOKA, Okla. — An Oklahoma teacher has admitted to having sex with a student multiple times in the teacher’s lounge at the school.

Officials say it was an anonymous tip that led to 32-year-old Daresa Poe admitting she had been sexually involved with a student, KFOR reported.

Poe and the student had allegedly been meeting up since December. Both admitted to having sex in Poe’s home, in the student’s vehicle and several times in the Waynoka School teacher’s lounge.

When Poe was questioned by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation on Tuesday, she had allegedly just had sex with the student in his truck hours before.

Waynoka School officials said Poe has been suspended with pay.
