Both free thanks to the UK's National Health Service.

Why not? Prevention is cheaper than treatment.

I am immunized against the Pneu and Flu. Weigh the cost of the shots against being sick as a dog, not to mention missing work if you have no sick leave left, and the decision's obvious.
