I've just started shaving my pussy and I could use some tips. Methods, ways to keep from getting burn or ingrown hairs...anything you may find useful.

Don't shave, use Magic.


If you do a search here, you'll find several threads here and on the General Board devoted to the subject.

Just be sure you do the patch test and that your skin is completely dry before you apply the Magic.

Ever heard of Brazilian wax. Where you completely take everything off around ur vagina.

I prefer this over anything else...a clean and the hair grows back slower and finer.

Brazilian is the best. You only have to go about every 6 weeks...and AALL the hair is removed, unless you want to keep some. Spas and some salons offer this service...check your local listings.

If you must shave...use aftershave! They only make the stuff for men...but it does it's job. It helps prevent bumps and itching. Try and find the least powerfully scented one. It stings a little...but it's nothing a woman can't handle.

Have to say I don't think I could do the wax thing...that hurts on my legs let alone my pussy!!!

Aftershave burns like the dickens wouldn't be able to do that either. They do have soothing lotions that I would think would work better...baby oil also helps. I can't handle that kind of pain.

i agree with Dulce, I went in the first time with the idea that it will hurt like a bi**ch, but it actually was not that painful. And like any other place you have waxing done you get use to it.

Shaving

When i shave i use the Suave shaving foam for woman. Lather it up and shave with a lady shaver. Afterwards I use baby oil so it won't irritate.

I've never been with a shaved guy...that I remember. But I think it would be really nice...I don't like getting hairs in our mouth any more than you do, regardless of how much I like to suck cock. Now that I'm bare, I REALLY would like to try it. But most guys freak out about the idea of having a razor that close to their penis. However, fair is fair...it was tricky as hell to shave myself and I still did it.

I just started shaving about a week ago and have found that using my husbands Gillette After Shave Lotion works wonders! And it shocked me cause it didn't hurt a bit going on and it litterally stopped the itching.

I have shaved my legs regularly for several years because I'm a triathlete and cyclist, it's a lot less aggravation after a crash or when getting a massage to have no or at least very short hair.

I also have shaved or at least trimmed my pubic hair very short frequently, I think I like the look of short better than shaved, but I would willingly shave it for someone who asked or liked it.

Its' just a lot of time and annoyance, women tell me "see- now you understand what we have to do!".


I love the feel and look of a shaved woman, but trimmed short is
fine as well.

Brazilian I have heard is the best way to go and the pain is minimal, but if you stick with the shaving then go with this Cream that you can get at Adult stores/ Parites called Coochie cream...it works wonders
