how do me and my wife find time for each other when i work night work, she works day work and we have three little kids. thanks.

I know that boat very well, for years I worked midnight shift spinning records and she worked days. It always seemed like I was coming home and going to bed as she was getting ready for work (at the time our kids were 7 and 8). We finally decided that she would carpool to work this worked out very well. She was just getting up as I came home and this gave us about 1/2 hour or so to get intimate and make time for each other. Just as an aside this went on for about 18 months until I got transfered to day shift.....

Meet each other on lunch/dinner breaks. Phone sex. Get digital cameras on your computers. Call often. Arrange to each work half an hour less each day. Employ your children. I don't know.
