Of course the Giants and Padres are the only two teams that don't play until tomorrow.

It'll be interesting to see how each team goes since they both lost some key players.

I was at work and missed most of opening day...but I do have tickets for the 10th. Can't wait to get back to Wrigley Field and the only team in MLB that really means anything

I know who Sam Zell is. He is avid sports fan, investor in Chicago Bulls too which is good. However, he is also a takeover man, ruthless business tycoon, so thats not good. The problem with the Cubs is fans come no matter what, they have no real incentive to be good as far as bringing in fans and money. The White Sox went through a few seasons of horrible attendance because they were doing so bad, go figure...

We'll be fine...we lost Roberts and Piazza, true...but we gained Maddux, and we have great pitching. We have a kid at third base that has a chance to do something special. We could actually be better offensively than last year...and I think we will be better on the mound.

I'm saying 88-90 wins.
