Tick tock - Tik Tok

So 47 is proposing government control of a private company

Is he buying Lit next?

Going on a month of ignoring the law.

I saw a new commercial lobbying for tik Tok today. I'm curious if they will air it during the big game or not.

I haven't yet seen Congress moving to repeal the law either.

The Art of No Deal 😄

Trump extends TikTok deadline a third time

It is the third time Trump has extended the deadline. The first one was through an executive order on Jan. 20, his first day in office, after the platform went dark briefly when a national ban — approved by Congress and upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court — took effect. The second was in April when White House officials believed they were nearing a deal to spin off TikTok into a new company with U.S. ownership that fell apart after China backed out following Trump’s tariff announcement.

Donnie will certainly make a deal in “two weeks”.

Worthwhile to resurrect this thread. Our President is ignoring the law completely. His Executive Order has no legal basis.

And Congress apparently won't uphold their own law.

It has been 463 days since the law was passed that outlawed Tik Tok in the United States.

The current administration has failed to enforce the law for over 6 months.

474 days since the Tik Tok ban was signed into law.

The law has never been enforced
