Michiko - In a Book
The walk was taking longer then expected, though it usually did when you were the size of a rodent in a land of giants. But it gave her time to think, gave her time to wonder and to calm the rage inside her. She couldn't blame Avaline for the mistakes she had made, for being fickle, and so she would ask forgiveness from the Goddess when she had finished. But she would also ask if she could leave and go home.
She found herself attracted to Lily, but she didn't deserve her. She had proved time and again that she had only followed her lusts and nothing else. Lily deserved better, much better, and her attraction would only get in the way. Michiko sighed heavily, shaking her head, would Lady Achika even be the one? Or was that just a mistake to? Maybe she would never find happiness, but she could at least help Lily now.
The road was long and arduous, taking half the day to reach the castle. It was a simple matter to get through the gates, but the door was obviously too big, or was it? She noticed the bottom was small enough for her to fit through, and she got on her belly, crawling underneath the door, having to force her way in, drenched with sweat after the ordeal.
She lay there for a moment, catching her breath and wiping sweat from her brow before getting up. She readied the sword, beginning to slowly slink through the Castle. Now was the hard part, finding Lily.
