AJ, when you (the man who routinely brags about his degrees in mathmatics (sic) and logic) announced that "one times anything equals one" quite a number of people were amused.

You could've manned up and admitted you were wrong, but being a Randian Objectivist, admitting an error is not an option. So you went on one of your typical scorched earth offensives, "proving" that not only did 1 times 1.30 equal 1, it ALSO equaled 1.22 AND .95, depending on how you looked at things.

The thing that's not funny, though, is the fact that you feel qualified to homeschool little Short Round. I shudder to think of the amount of remedial work she is going to require at the college level.

This is why you set up your example.

To prove the FairTax is unfair.

But your example completely ignores the basics of the FairTax. You don't care. In true Democrat fashion all you care about is establishing a "serious charge" and then blasting that one note endlessly until the end of time and when nobody agrees to your false premise you get to accusing them of being stupid and molesting their children, following them endlessly, no matter what the topic of the thread you find that person in, and turning this place into a place none truly wants to hold a discussion in, and to you, that's a triumph of "debate;" being the last one left shouting at the wall wondering what happened to the door that was there when you came in...

The Fairtax is unfair. That's a given.

You could easily answer the question, but you won't, and we both know why.

Because you seriously screwed up in the discussion of tax-inclusive vs. tax-exlusive rates in the FairTax thread.

And we both know that if you answer my "gotcha" question, either I or firespin will bump that Fairtax thread and expose your deception.

You've got nothing to gain and everything to lose by answering my question.

And the more times I ask it.....and the more times you refuse to answer it... the more people are going to say, gee, why won't AJ answer that silly simple question? What's he hiding? Gosh, maybe there's something he is not telling us about that FairTax thing.
