Ours came and went. supposed to get more in a day or so.

we had a dusting last night and this morning and melted away by early afternoon

last year we had practically NO snow. but heavy snow the year before...looks like this will be a heavy year.

Haven't seen decent snow in years. It's mostly rain, hailstones or sleet.
Not even freezing enough to skate on natural ice.
I can't remember when was the last time I got my skates out from under the cobwebs.

hmmm the pond down the road had a thin crust of ice last week but its gone now. we'll probably go into town to the winter skating rink.
