well isn't that grand...Good Morning! mid afternoon here. got to go P/U the kid at soccer camp in a few. 5 layers of clothing and he is still cold...snow was forecast but didn't happen. I told him to run around a lot to keep warm.
 
No snow here here yet. I heard O'Hare airport had a trace the other night. Kinda far from me though. I'm not quite ready for winter. I still need to get out there and service the snow blower.

I know what you mean but at least you have a snow blower. I shovel by hand (well with a big ass shovel) driveway, the hilly part of the approach on the road and the sidewalks...yuck.

Hi kinkikittyn,

I'd need about twenty kids to do my drive by hand. When it gets deep, I put the plow on the truck. Country living at it's best.

phew!!! I used to live in a place like that...at the far end of the property, by the pond and down a long gravel road! TG only moderate amounts of snow.

good luck this winter. may all your drifts be small ones.
