Threads disappearing?

I logged in today to find my thread in the Amatuer Pics section completely gone without warning.
I also see the Wet Wednesday thread in the same section also has disappeared.
There may be more.
Is there a bug?
Did I post something against the rules? If so, I might have appreciated a note or some warning or something?
I also noticed it affected my notifications. It said I had something around 26 notifications maybe more I do not remember, but when I click the alarm icon it shows one or two and then nothing else, and then skips to page 2 and more!
I am unclear what is happenning with either my account or the Amateur Pics section.

Not knowing what you post, possibly.

The site issued a "no nudity" policy for visual content eighteen months or so ago, and might be still cleaning up. There's something in the FAQs about what's allowed these days.

If the content has been taken down, it follows that notifications would disappear at the same time.

Interesting. All of my photos were linked from imgbb and in the AmPics area people regularly post photos of breasts, butts, cocks and plenty of gifs of sexual acts and more, so I am not sure why my thread and the Wet Wednesday thread were "targetted" but ok.

Don't know. All I can say is what the site told me, when my illustrated content (drawings) were archived. They're still there, apparently, but I can no longer see my own work.

Threads do sometimes disappear with no explanation, whether a glitch or whatever it is. You may not have done anything wrong and it’s just that, a glitch. Usually if you are banned you can’t post anything at all , have you tried to?

Fill out a bug report and leave your email address and you might get a response back from @Manu or @Laurel

In order to keep the system from crashing, there’s probably something in place to purge stuff on the regular. If that frustrates you, you can always create an OnlyFans or Patreon page where you have control over how long your content stays visible

My question was simply why my thread (along with one more highly visible thread) were deleted witout notice or an obvious reason. Not "woe is me, my breasts are not visible to the Lit users anymore!". And I am not here to post photos for money, and I don't begrudge anyone who chooses to do so, but that is not why I joined this site a month or two ago.

I don’t think you were ‘targeted’. We’ve all had trials and tribulations with posting stuff on Lit. Point in case. I tried to make this image my profile pic several times but the mods would never approve it…

I know the frustration you’re feeling but in the 3 years I’ve been on Lit, I’ve heard grumblings about blocked or disappearing content from other members. If it’s any consolation, you’re relatively new… and I don’t mean that in a condescending way. It’s almost like you have less freedom when you’re a newbie..speaking from experience

No I get it, you’re not here to make money and I apologize if it sounded like I was implying that you were…not that there’s anything wrong with that. I just know ppl have more control over their content on those sites which is why I mentioned them. But with all due respect, it did sound like you were frustrated because, as you put it “…my breasts are no longer visible to the Lit users anymore”. You further solidified that sentiment by mentioning your other “more highly visible thread”. Obviously, not knowing the reason why your content disappeared is part of that frustration but c’mon, we’re all exhibitionists here. We want to be seen, admired and validated and there’s nothing wrong with that so when the content we’re putting out there to be appreciated disappears for no reason, it’s annoying AF and hard not to feel like we’re being picked on or targeted. We’ve all been there. I know I have. When I first joined Lit, it took 2 months for the mods to approve my profile pic (not my current pic). And then I had an issue for 8 weeks with my followers not being able to send me private feedback on my audios (despite several emails to the mods) so I think some of it is just the fact that Lit is a very big site and prone to a lot of technical issues. And trying to get a response from the mods can sometimes be an exercise in futility because they get overwhelmed with queries (or so I’ve been told by some older members).

Anywho, I hope you get it all sorted out and your disappearing threads are a thing of the past✌
