He's just one of about 3 or 4 bullies who the city looks the other way
when they pull some crap that they could be pulled in for.

I know the media said the 1st was an 8 year old boy & his sister is still missing.
The Coast Guard had copters at Andros to help there. Last I heard this morning early was they had 19 people they were evacing.
