Woke up to a robo call from the ortho team canceling my follow up for surgery tomorrow.

Surgery set March 28th
Officially there is 1 snapped biceps tendon, some partial tears, the bone grinding top and bottom where the broken collar bone healed crooked and a lot of crap in there to clean up. Doc say 6 weeks in the sling but that was what he said on the other shoulder too until thru finished it. So I have planned for the 4 months like the first shoulder was just incase.

Glad you finally got through with that dumb manager and got your surgery date set. Sounds like you may catch a break with your downtime. Hope so.

Well the dumb ass didn't send in the copies of the reports for labs & X-rays but they went ahead and had me fill out the paperwork for the hospital and surgery anyway. This is tendon #5 and the ortho team know I will kick her butt to get the stuff in for them. I'm more then a little pissed. This biaotch is the one whose supposed to line up my home health care and other referrals needed. I'm not feeling real hopeful since she only had 3 things to do this far & couldn't get ANY of them done right.

Sounds like you really have your hands full with this knucklehead. Too bad she is also the manager. I am glad that you have at least gotten as far as a surgery date. If you had not been pushing hard who knows when things would have been done, if at all.

Lately, I've just been feeling like the "new guy", like the last one at the party, and I'm trying to get to know people, and play catch up...
