The powers that have been messing with me at the insurance company have now learned my BS tolerance is nil.

The Office manager who messed with me before has taken since Tuesday & still not gotten my new PT set up & I did everything but the coding for her. So the new PT (who does KT Taping) has everything & is calling her for the referral number today. My new patient appt is Tuesday afternoon. If she doesn't get them the referral number they will call me & I will drive over and stand there and stare at her until it gets done. it unnerves her badly. :cool:
Last time she learned what the legal term "withholding necessary medical services" meant. :D

this place is like a broken down morgue...that's it time for a remodel. I think I will take out that wall open this room up more then we can put in a group Jacuzzi and bar...
