Man or woman?

Is that a man or a woman lying on that fantastic pillow (where can I buy one, don't tell me you gotta be woman and lesbian to own one)?

I never understood why women, who don't like men (at all) and who love only women want to look like men. Somebody care to explain that to me? I've read and seen a lot on the topic of sexuality, erotica and porn, but this still puzzles me.
