One bright morning, in the middle of the night; two dead boys got up to fight. Back to back, they face each other. They drew their swords and shot one another. A deaf police man heard the noise and went and killed the two dead boys. If you don't believe my lie is true, just ask the blind man, cause he saw it too.

But the question still remains; Is it further to Denver, or by bus?

A friend of mine told me that and I got him to write it down. I have no idea where he got it from, I just thought it was kinda funny. I don't get the greengrocer's apostrophe reference?

Your thread slug should have read "boys" (plural) not "boy's" (singular possessive).

The greengrocer reference is that on their signs they frequently make this punctuation mistake.

(This, by the way, might have a connection to the story rejection problem you have posted to the Editor's forum about. You may have more problems with spelling than you assumed you do. Just a thought.)

I know what grocers apostrophes are, I just didn't know what they meant here.

...I may need to look in to that, sr71...
