Surely if somebody called Verizon there would be a record of that call??? Yet there isn't. Not a thing. Nothing to show that the call came from the aircraft it is claimed to have come from, nothing to show that the call even occurred at all.

Also - show when and HOW Lisa Jefferson got to personally know, and could therefore identify Todd Beamer's voice from anyone else. She never knew him. You can not therefore show that it was Todd Beamer.
