It was fun! :D

(And, oh, my, is Chris Hemsworth yummy--in and out of costume, with and without his shirt )

Gonna make a point to see it soon... sans Imp, I fear. She isn't interested. The middle step-spawn has made the point that he will gladly use her ticket though.

I will either be seeing it today or tomorrow. Haven't decided which yet though...

As a former comic book store owner I of course saw it and with the exception of the purist in me being a little upset that they changed the origin it played out very well. The Destroyer was very well done and I have always been a Loki fan (my license plate on my 72 Nova SS is Loki68)

I also think that the Marvel movies are doing a good job of setting up the Avengers movie by placing SHIELD in all of the recent movies. Okay the geek in me has spoken!

Back to writing about incest between a brother and sister who are also practicing Satanists. After that I will spend some time polishing the swords in my collection, re arrange my collection of occult works and maybe even clean the rifles. Yes FBI pro-filers look no further I am here. In the end however it will no doubt be the horror comic collection that will get me arrested.;)

I thought the movie was good, though lacking on plot. I mean all the graphics were awesome, liked the 3d (first 3d movie I've seen in 3d), the actors were hot, and the fighting scenes interesting rather then just full of gore. it did loose points for lack of plot (in my books), but I know not everyone will care. I mean I've seen movies that I (and everyone who's watched them) that got bad rating, with low plot content and loved them.(burlesque for example)

Quality of Plot over Quantity!

Some movies with little plot really bother me and lose points. But usually those are ones that promise me a plot and then turn around and say, "We're just for fun!" Which means they lied. This movie, I feel, never promised me that sort of rose garden. It's the frigigin' god of Thunder's for heaven's sake, whipping about his big hammer to create a tornado, and heading out with the warriors three to beat on monsters and frost giants :D

I knew this movie was for fun. A carnival ride. And so it doesn't lose points for lack of plot like some movies have from me. Also, what plot it had was fairly consistent and focused--which counts for a hell of a lot more in my book than a big complicated plot which, in the end, makes no sense or loses all focus.

I'd much rather it had little plot but was strong in that little plot, then have a lot of tangled, weak-assed plot. So, on both counts, delivering "fun" as promised and keeping what plot it had focused, I still say thee 'Yea!"

Seen it today. Fun! It fizzles out into nothing, but somehow you don't notice that at all till the end, which is more than can be said of many movies that promise fun and bore to death.

I saw it yesterday. I enjoyed it quite a bit. 8/10

However, I ate too much popcorn and didn't feel very well the rest of the day...
