It sucks that everyone in this country has the exact same week or two at the end of July off, making it necessary to book flights 3 or 4 months ahead to get a decent price and choice. And it's already fairly expensive to get flights out of here, they don't seem to allow discount airlines. There are plenty that fly around the neighboring countries, but not here.

It sucks even more that my boss didn't tell me the exact dates of my vacation at the end of July until this week, 2 months before, meaning that I'm now going to have to pay double or more what I could have to where ever there are seats available. The first five places my friends and I tried were booked.

Sucks that my kittybum is halfway across the country, and that I live in such a big freaking country, that it's some 3000km.

It also sucks to almost be run over when biking to work, sprain your wrist as you fall to avoid running into a post because you swerved and tehn have to move thirty foot ladders about that you'll climb and (get this) use a pressure washer to clean metal shingling, while your wrist aches.

At least dinner was good.
