You should have seen Dan during the election fiasco. I could not take any more of his sayings. Tom Broka is the only good one and he kind of looks like my dad which is weird.

Saw Danny-boy on TV last night. Granted it was late and he was probably tired as hell, but to me he look like a crack addict who was strung out and looking for a fix.

I kinda like it when they get stressed....you never know what entertaining thing they will say next. *grin*

Yeah they've definitely said some stupid stuff, but if someone wanted me to talk 12 hours about events that were happening as I talked about them, the world would have a lot more to laugh at.

Peter Jennings does have a condescending attitude that irks me, but I can't help but love Dan Rather, especially his weird countryisms and football metaphors.

I will not criticize. They have incredibly difficult jobs right now. They are under extreme levels of stress. The world is watching as they have to keep their composure. They have to suppress their tears. They are the ones who keep us informed. Thank God for them and for the freedom of the press.

I agree whole-heartedly. These newscasters have been my only window to 2 places that hold my heart. Sorry- only support for the media from this chick.
