I just found out that a person I went to high school with fell off a high rise. Worse part is no one knows exactly what happened. Her birthday is coming up and I feel so bad for her parents. I already lost two friends a couple years ago. My former school is living up to it's nickname (Suicide/Death High) and it's horrible.

One of the best ways to find out is the distance at which the body splattered from the building. If she jumped, we could be talking 10 to 15 feet away. If she wasn't paying attention and just fell out of the building, we may be talking only 5 feet or so.

True enough but I'm willing to bet the farm (ha!) that she didn't fall. Not sure I've ever heard of someone just falling off a high building. Some drunks off of balconies now and then but that's the stupid person equivalent of jumping.

Thank you. This is the third friend that died since high school. Apparently this happened last month and I'm just hearing about it now.

You get a mixture of sadness and anger about the person. Espescially if it's someone you considered a friend. How could they do something so stupid? Why did they do it? Why didn't they call someone? What could be that bad? You'll never know. There are no answers. Some people have hidden mental illness, and never seek help. For some people there are no outward signs.

In the end you can't find the answers. The only thing you can do is remember them and who they were to you.
