This thing is bigger than Florida, or maybe as big as the whole southeast U.S., and it's slowing down in how fast it gets on land and gone.
West? That's where it's heading now, or soon, as of this A.M.
And rubbers. Hip waders may not be enough, it's slow mo so slow it's gonna drench most of Fla.
Sher is probably in the best spot in Fla, save for those in the Keys. The rest, get the rafts out.
LDW, it's gonna get you too, and more, it's so monstrous. Seeing it on the TV gave me the willys.
Luck to all.

Who come up with those pansy names for hurricanes? Is it meteorologists who name those devastating whirlwind forces after their ex-wives or something?
Don't move west. They got tornadoes instead. I'll take a regular storm over that any day. Build yourself a sturdy brick house instead.

It's a big country. There's got to be somewhere without storms like that.
Well, there is, but then there's the heat. There's going to be somewhere without the storms or the heat.
Montana? You never hear about evil weather in Montana.![]()
