Picks

I would like to see Rivers get his Super Bowl ring this year. It is unlikely he will ever have a better team in future years to do it with. However, Baltimore has been playing some pretty good ball down the stretch . . My 50 cents is riding on all the home teams this weekend.

I don't think Rivers is gonna get his ring (but he DOES deserve one) but he'll win one, maybe two games. Ravens are there by virtue of an interception in the last minute of the last game from a rookie QB. I can't get behind a team that's barely there.

they are barely there because they started the wrong QB. Plus, just 2 games ago they beat the chargers 22-10. That being said, I am beyond nervous about this game.

Gordon is going to play this time, which helps the StubHub Chargers. Also, I'm not sure but I assume the Ravens aren't going to have the benefit of the officiating crew that escorted them to the postseason last week in a stretch limo.

I like the other home teams this weekend, but there are good cases to be made for Philly, Seattle, and Indy too. It's a case where all the teams with the worse seeds have actually been playing better recently than the teams with the better seeds, so it's tricky.

Between college and the NFL I got a Ty Cobb-like batting average on my picks. Did I say Cobb, I mean Bob Uecker.

I like Zeke, he's one of my favorite RB's. I liked him at OSU, too. He's a talented runner.
Won't be this year but he's gonna help get them to the SB.

Dude that shit was uncalled for. I hope if you ever get in a car wreck that you're rescued by your number one fan. See how you like it.

Dang, I really wiah they change that icing rule. I was rooting for Chicago, the underdogs.

Saw that miss coming. Dude has had a problem all year.
I'm 3-1 for the weekend. Not bad.

When that happened, my girlfriend asked if I saw it. I did not. I have the boring gimmick on iggy but viewed because of your comment. Yeah, I have literally been there, done that, got the bionic ankle and foot to prove it.

He isn't even No. 1 in that category!

:p

He's gotta be first in hitting the goal post. Dude is using magnetic balls or something. You got a better chance of winning the powerball than hitting the posts 6 times.

I'll try again:

Colts
Rams
Patriots
Saints

Yeah, I think that's gonna be my call, too. Certainly can't pick against Saints or Pats. The Colts are on fire right now and the Rams are still one of the better teams.

Fuck Cody Parkey

For what it's worth, the NFL is now officially calling this a blocked kick.

Might not mean a lot for Bears fans, but could be important re: a certain kicker's future career...

(How) Are the refs this year any better than the replacement refs before?! remember, these refs are the reason Pitt didn't get a postseason! (Week 1 should've been tied maybe never, & another game, they actually admitted to the Coach they had missed a call... that led to a score... seconds after they missed it!)

While we're at it, who wants to join my group wondering what Brady & maybe his wife have on the Commish that allows them to get in & win the Bowl so many seasons?! [To say nothing of "Deflategate" he practically got away with, that Bowl victory over (I believe it was) Atlanta was BS!!!]

The reffing this season has been abnormally bad, it's true - and it did hurt the Steelers.

But Pitt's biggest problem is the cancer currently running rampant through the entire org.

I don't know what you are referring to, but I find it ironic you used the word "running"... Dropping Bell, & using Connor & then Samuels made things awesome for us... I suggested to folks on social media we drop Bell or try to trade him, etc, before preseason became just -season.
