This is my NFL thread

@WillBrinson: Browns under Hue Jackson in 2018: Two wins.

Browns against Hue Jackson in 2019: Two wins.

That pretty well sums up the issue. Now if you are a Bengal fan...any owner willing to keep your coach for as long as he has clearly demonstrates he has no willingness to win. You get what you deserve supporting a losing franchise

Why has this thread been stagnant for a while? Playoffs are about to pop off! Are there not many NFL fans on here?

Browns put up a good game!

Good game tonight too. Lots on the line with most games today.

And that is known as karma Steelers fans. You had the best all around offensive weapon in the League. Cheap ass attitude bought you nothing...not even a draft pick.

And now you lost Antonio Brown...don't be stupid...at least get something for him before he leaves. Idiots

Sorry but I just can't get behind Bell on this one. I don't disagree with his complaint but refusal to do your job is unacceptable. In any other line of work it's job abandonment. His attitude and those like him piss me off. I don't have a problem with the high salaries or their right to ask for more but some basic loyalty to your team has to be expected.

Loyalty? The Steelers Organization has clearly demonstrated they had no loyalty, so he simply said fuck you. He didn't sign a contract. So how is it "work abandonment?" That's right....it isn't.

Yeah it's not that simple. He's not a UFA. They own his ass and he hates it. They can tag him again next year if they want and that shit would be funny as hell but they won't do it cuz it'd be pointless.

It is that simple. The Steelers chose to be assholes and played hardball. They had 2 elite players at their position...and they lost them both. And here is the important part...instead of gaining assets for either...they cut off their own noses. There is nothing smart here.

Brown isn't going anywhere and his issue is himself. Every report so far has been that he's just being an asshole like usual. He's done this shit before. He was pissed off at Ben over something and threw a ball and walked out. Got benched for it and that's that.

He is a prima donna. And the Steelers lost a must win game sitting someone that "has done this before" that is one of the best in the league. Obviously, making the playoffs was not a priority for them. Ruling with an iron fist was. Both Bell and Brown are done with Pittsburgh.

Ya know they didn't lose that game. They missed the playoffs cuz the Browns lost.
Nobody thinks Brown is going anywhere cuz he isn't. Not to mention he's under contract for at least a couple more years.
Bell is probably gone but it's not certain yet because they have until March to do something. If they tag him again they are allowed to match any offer. It's possible that's what they will do because financially it might be better for them since he's unlikely to get the money he wants from a team he wants to play for.

How about that Reuben Foster?Gets arrested at the Team Hotel. Under performing, cant put hands on players on the field but sure can put hands on people off the field.

What is sad the Niners brought in former players to guide this idiot and all he does is piss his career away. The second coming of Aldon Smith.

This will leave a mark on the John Lynch Era.

Well that sure didn't age well.

Texans and the Boys today.
Bolts and Eagles tomorrow.

Hopefully my predictions do better than my college bowl ones. I did win on the Texas/Georgia game tho so fuck you haters.

Anyway, yeah.

I predict you don't even know what day of the week it is!

Funny - mine are the exact opposite of all these. :D

The easiest one for me is IND vs. HOU (and it isn't just because I'm biased). Indy will have its starting O-line healthy for the first time in over a month, they beat the Texans recently, and they're coming in hot.

I'm giving the Texans the edge for home field and defense. I think it's easily the best game of the weekend.
Picking Boys cuz I wanna.
No faith in the Ravens at all. They don't belong there. One and done.
Fuck the Bears. Who even let them in? Gotta be a glitch in the system or something.
