Sadly, probably not. But we can hope that the hijacks will be reduced and frequent hijackers can be encouraged to use the Free-For-All.

Sorry to say this FungiUg, but the serious hijackers are not going to bother with the Free-For-All as it does not really impact or disrupt anyone who wishes to have a serious or meaningful dialogue with others of similar interest. Their purpose has been, and still is, as evidenced by the stupidity of some content still being injected into serious threads today, to disrupt others as much as possible and in so doing get the kick of thinking people are finally noticing them. It is sad this is their only joy in life but therapy is usually costly and lengthy, not to mention it takes a lot of courage to even contemplate seeking.

The decision to create this subforum was made by the powers-that-be because of input from the powers-that-be on other boards. Nothing could be more apparent.

Others, who rarely post here seem to know what is best for those of us who do post/read here.

We can live with it, ignore it, post around it or move on. I see some are considering a move... that is too bad. I will not go. The only thing that will really change for me is that I will think twice before starting another thread here.

What a show of who has been here since 2003!

It also shows how much people HATE and FEAR change of any kind.

I'm having a hard time getting my head around BDSM talk being considered fluffier than talk on any other forum here. (LMAO!)

I've been on just about each area of Lit by now but the BDSM section is what brought me here (after the stories,) and what keeps me here, (so far.) I'm thrilled that this board does exist! I suppose that is pretty obvious.
