I realize phrodeau, that you are not an educated human and that we must take that into account for not understanding "science". Like I said if they dig up your old bones a 1,000 years from now they are not going to classify you as intersex, but as a male or female. Look it up. Of course since most wokes don't know what a male or female is and hate the idea of females having rights, we can not excuse such stupid dark age wisdom. Oh you might be right about the bones, but I have heard, and I might be wrong so don't quote me on this, that their are reported cases of individuals who have been born with both female and male sex organs. The dictionary definition of intersection is what is described just now, but I also concede that I might be wrong, and you also don't have to take this as truth either, but I just like to look at the facts that are around so as to help me, and others who would like to understand the world.

Are you unaware that to Transition, you need to switch your hormones?
So to become a male you need to switch to testosterone, and to become a women you need to switch to estrogen, and also it has Ben disproven that trans female have an advantage over cisgendered female

Drivingto, thank you for your comments. I will research what you have said as it is the correct thing to do as you point out. As to your second comment, "what does that have to do with current society"? It has to do with science. I realize there was a time when people thought the world was flat and science has proved it wasn't. And I am sure at the time, people then asked the same question you did, but is that an excuse for being incorrect? In this case the future and the present and the past all agree that there are two sexes in the human race. There are mutations and birth defects of course, but science shows that as far as the sex of the two beings that make up the human race, one is female and one is male.
Right now, in order to cause social unrest, mainly for political reasons, there are "humans" who wish to mutate and confuse and molest our young. The governor and his wife in CA are good examples of that. That behavior is now part of "our current society", but that does not make it right, legal or proper. I know in a dictator ship, families are evil and parents have no right to their own children. They belong to the state and their minds and bodies belong to the leader (king, chairman, or whatever they wish to call themselves). But again, just because it is part of "current society" doesn't make it right. People use to be cannibals. Do you say that is OK if people want that now as it was a "current society" at one time?
As Mr. Biden says "its science man" so we should explore the science and look at the true evidence. Just for the record, science is not a cult or religion, so belief in it would be ill-advised. By definition science is the pursuit of knowledge, but it should never close its doors to challenges based on new evidence.
It is quite difficult to ascribe sex from skeletal remains unless certain bones are present, namely the pelvic ones. Guesses can be made based on bone sizes, much their growth and bulk can be affected by diet and lifestyle. There is virtually no difference in the skeletal structure until well into puberty. Here's a sciencey link.

There is still not enough data to provide meaningful guidance, so sports have generally erred on the side of caution because 'nobody is sure yet'. Athletes regularly give blood samples in many international sports, but they can only provide a snapshot of their hormone levels. If a trans woman has gone through male puberty, then bone density and limb length may give them advantages, although conversely their muscles bulk will have declined.
Blood samples are also now used to identify intersex athletes and four have been banned from events because although they were AFAB, their genetic variation gave them an advantage, particularly for track events such as 400m. So cis gender women are already being asked to 'prove they are women'. The Swedish women's soccer team were required to show their genitals to a doctor before the 2011 World Cup.
The slur that transgender people are pedophiles is as ridiculous now as it was when gay people were accused with the same phoney claim. Change isn't always easy to accept but transgender people have always been around: it is politicians and the media that have put it under scrutiny. There is nothing to fear from trans folk - we're here, no amount of legislation will make us go away, so we'd best work out how to get along.
Tribal fear is an emotive force, just as it was when people circled the wagons. Parents are fearful for the kids. Some parents are transgender, so are some kids, but they're not here to invade women's spaces - never have been. It's overwhelmingly men who are the problem for all women and commit 99% of sexual crimes, so where are the laws restricting them? Why are less than 2% of rapists convicted? Why is no one speaking out against that?

What does that even mean?! If you're referring to the state statutory rape law, all they did was remove a double standard that allowed for lenient sentencing in the case of vaginal sex but not oral or anal.
